Provincial Health Services Authority

Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority (“FHA”, the “Health Authority”), through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide ARCHIBUS License Subscriptions and System Support for an approximate one (1) year term at an estimated value of $125,000.00

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for the Health Authority has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:

the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason:

To ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods or its representative.

Rationale
The health Authority is actively engaged in the process of developing a competitive process for these services. To ensure seamless service continuity and allow for an ample transition period towards a new long-term solution, the Health Authority intends to extend the current Contract with Horizant Inc. for up to 1 year, expiring on March 31, 2025.
