Description

The City of Lloydminster (City) is interested in establishing a leadership development program that will improve leadership capability and promote a positive workplace culture across our organization.

The City of Lloydminster (City) plans to establish an organizational-wide leadership development program to provide the necessary supports and tools for managers to effectively lead our organization into the future.
The City of Lloydminster employs approximately 400 full-time employees and 100 seasonal employees, however for the Scope of this project the City is looking at having approximately sixty-five (65) leadership positions trained.
