Description:

Sole source is proposed to Express Employment Services for the provision of Temporary Recruitment Services, for Agriculture Financial Services Corporation. AFSC entered into an Agreement with Express Employment Services in 2019, ending October 2023.
AFSC intends to amend and extend the Express Employment Services contract for a period of one year. Over the course of this contract, AFSC has moved to more in-house hiring. As a result, in 2024, AFSC will explore the continuing need for these services, and concurrently conduct an RFP if warranted.
The Contract Amendment will commence October 11, 2023.

The annual estimated cost is unknown at this time.
During the Contract, AFSC:
a) may purchase more Goods or Services than the estimated value, or
b) may purchase less Goods or Services than the estimated value, and
c) is not obligated to purchase any Goods or Services.
