Description

Lakeland College is seeking to develop a Strategic Enrolment Management Plan (SEM). The SEM will provide a roadmap to meet enrolment, retention and goals for Lakeland while recognizing the total student lifecycle and strengthening measurement and monitoring with improved data gathering and analysis. The SEM will be composed of components developed through consultation and change management and engagement. This comprehensive, data driven plan will drive strategic enrolment management at Lakeland for the next ten years.
1. Review of Lakeland College’s present state as it relates to SEM activity.
2. Market analysis of SEM best practices and SEM assessment of up to 3 comparable institutions.
3. Develop Strategy Map and Framework for a Lakeland approach to SEM
4. Facilitation of SEM Action Plan and recommendation of actions. Engagement, change management, training and communication are essential considerations for the success of the development of the Strategic Enrolment Management Plan. A successful proposal will include these considerations as part of the workplan.
