Description

RFB for the operation and maintenance of the Lake of Two Rivers Store and Restaurant Concession in Algonquin Provincial Park for the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks.
Scope of Work
The Ministry, through its Ontario Parks Branch, is seeking Bids for the operation and maintenance of the Lake of Two Rivers Store and Restaurant Concession including the provision of: outfitting equipment sales; bicycle rentals, retail sales of groceries, merchandise and sundries; visitor information and education services; sanitation and janitorial services; facility maintenance; grounds maintenance; emergency management, with the objectives of providing a high quality visitor experience, ensuring buildings, structures, facilities and grounds are kept in a safe, clean and sanitary condition, and protecting the Park’s natural and cultural resources.

Optional Site Meeting:
October 11, 2023 at 10:00 (Toronto time).
The optional Site Meeting will be conducted at the Lake of Two Rivers Store in Algonquin Provincial Park. The store is located at kilometer 31.8km (from West Gate) on Highway 60. The store is located closest to the West Gate. There is a map of the location of the store within Algonquin Provincial Park in Appendix B of Part 3 (The Deliverables) in Attachment 1 (tender_18629 - Attachment 1 - Parts 1-4.pdf).

Meet in the parking lot at 10:00 (Toronto time). Do not enter the store alone.
