This Request for Quotation is for an actuarial valuation of the post retirement liability of Sturgeon County. The objective is to assess and determine the reasonability of Sturgeon County’s management assumptions for the estimates of the retirement liability as disclosed in its financial records, to develop and compute an actuarial valuation for the County, and to provide a format/method that can be used by the county in the future calculations of the liability.
