British Columbia Ferry Services Inc. (“BC Ferries”) received three quotes for the supply and delivery of 48 anodes (all with 5.5” Stud and ¾” Insulator) as listed in Table 1 (the “Goods”) to replace the Marine Growth Protection System (MGPS) on BC Ferries’ Spirit class vessel.
BC Ferries is hereby giving notice of intent to award a contract to Jastram Technologies Ltd. (the “Supplier”) to provide the Goods:
Organizations interested in reviewing the bid package must download the NOI document, and choose the attachments listed under "NOI Documents".

Note that it is the Proponent's responsibility to check BC Bid for additional posted documents e.g., addendum and Q&A documents that may be issued up until the closing date and time.

ENQUIRY & SUBMISSION:
Enquires must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent 3 via email. If suppliers wish to contest this decision’s rationale, they must submit a written objection in English and must outline the reasons for their objection and must demonstrate their ability to supply the contemplated Goods.
