Description

Cybera, on behalf of the Participating Members, is inviting experienced and qualified providers to provide solutions for Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing to be used across a variety of Participating Members’ information technology environments.

This NRFP seeks to accommodate a variety of needs, ranging from large, complex vulnerability assessments through to smaller assessments. These assessments will need to identify, analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities within the institution in an easy to use way. Due to the overarching need of the Participating Members institutions to comply with various cybersecurity requirements (NIST, OAG, etc), we are looking for cost-effective options from vendors that can provide targeted penetration testing and assessment by a third party.

This NRFP will be structured as a multi-category competition for each of:
• Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing and Web Scanning as a Service, and
• Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing and Web scanning as a Tool.

The awarded proponent(s) may be expected to offer remediation support and solutions following assessment.
