Description

The Municipality of Central Manitoulin is requesting proposals from qualified architectural or engineering firms to provide Building Condition Assessments, selected structural assessments, and Asset Management for various municipal buildings, including community centres, office buildings, fire halls, and recreation facilities in 2023 and 2024. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to: Review of documents provided by the municipality, comprehensive non-destructive inspections, structural assessment on selected buildings, updated replacement cost values, and a final report for each building that will provide information to meet the requirements of both O.Reg 588/17 as well as provide the Maintenance Department with, at minimum, a 10-year capital and maintenance plan.
