2023-012 - Online Learning Provider

AGLC is looking to add to it’s existing in-house training options available to employees by offering them access to an online learning platform. An online learning platform will support AGLC in making learning inclusive and promote continuous development across the organization.

Online learning will be available regardless of an employee’s geographic location, work schedule or position in the organization. The intent is for employees to have access to on-demand eLearning courses with a variety of topics to support them in their current or future roles, including but not limited to topics such as: leadership & management, occupational health & safety, diversity, equity & inclusion, technology & software, professional development, and wellness.
