Description

The Project Work involves four general scopes of work: areas 1 through 4 restoration. Each area includes removals and landscaping scopes. Areas 1, 2, and 3 Included additional surface and fencing scope with areas 2 and 3 also including parking lot installations.
Area 1 restoration may include:
-Debris and culvert removals and site clean up
-Regrading
-Fence installation
-Landscaping, including tree planting and bee and bat box installation.
Area 2 restoration may include:
-Debris and Lego block removals and site clean up
-Regrading
-Fence and/or rip rap installation
-Landscaping, including seeding, tree planting, and bee and bat box installation
Area 3 restoration may include:
-Debris, Lego block, tee box shed, and culvert removals and site clean up
-Fence or rip rap installation
-Guardrail installation
-Landscaping, including seeding, tree planting and bee and bat boxes installation
-Beaver protection installation
-Parking lot installation
Area 4 restoration my include:
-Debris removals and site clean up
-Landscaping, including bee and bat box installation
-Beaver protection installation
