Description

This RFP is open to all interested bidders. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations

This proposed procurement is for preventative and corrective maintenance and repair of ice plant chiller systems at various City of Calgary Ice Rinks.

The scope of this contract includes preventative maintenance and repair of various mechanical, and plumbing systems and devices for ice plants for. This equipment includes but is not limited to;
• Compressors
• Condensers
• Chillers
• Heat Exchangers
• Brine Heat Exchanges
• Oil Seperators
• Expansion and Holding Tanks
• Circulating Pumps
This work includes:
• Start ups
• Shut downs
• Compressor overhauls
• Refrigeration sensor calibration and replacement
• Testing of condensers for water treatment
• Brine and Compressor Oil Maintenance
