Description

The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) is issuing this RFP to invite interested and qualified Proponents to submit a Proposal for lab services for the bacteriological analysis of drinking water, recreational waters and contaminated water samples collected from First Nation communities and groups in the Vancouver Coastal Fraser Salish areas.

The FNHA intends to procure lab services for the provision of bacteriological analysis of drinking water, recreational waters and contaminated water samples for the Vancouver Coastal and Fraser Salish service delivery areas, First Nations communities and First Nations Health Authority’s (FNHA) Environmental Public Health Services team (EPHS). In order to determine an accurate result, the analysis must be carried out within a very short timeframe, as such; any proposed laboratory must be located within the service delivery area. Services will be on an “as and when requested” basis.
