Description

The City of Prince Rupert is seeking proposals from qualified proponents in response to this request for proposals for the provision of Services to be carried out within the required schedule set out herein for dry docking and refit of the M/V Digby Island Ferry. The Digby Island Ferry is owned and operated by the City of Prince Rupert, performing multiple daily sailings between the City’s Fairview Ferry Dock and Digby Island. The Ferry was built by Vancouver Shipyard and commissioned on January 1, 1970. The Ferry is classified as a steel hulled passenger ship with a gross tonnage of 214 tons, and is 34.29 meters in length and 10.39 meters in breadth
