RFQ-2023-0083 - System and Services Provider of SOLACOM NG911 Solution

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for RFQ2023-0083 System and Services Provider of SOLACOM NG911 Solution, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The successful respondent will be responsible for providing the Solacom NG911 system solution with minimum v21.3 (preferably latest version), its implementation, maintenance and support and relevant professional services. The SOLACOM system will support call taking of emergency and non‐emergency calls for the City’s secondary site in St. Albert Fire Department.
