The University of Alberta (the University) in Edmonton, Alberta is the largest post-secondary institution in the Province of Alberta with a student enrolment of approximately 40,000 full and part time students, and academic and support staff of approximately 14,400. The University of Alberta intends to implement a syllabus management tool that empowers instructors, improves communication, supports efficient workflows, and enhances the learning experience. The tool will contribute to a well-organized, inclusive, and effective educational environment through:

A centralized platform for syllabus creation, updates, and management by instructors.

Enhanced accessibility, making syllabi readily available to students and stakeholders.

Establishment and enforcement of standard formats, templates, and guidelines for consistent syllabus creation.

Facilitation of collaboration among instructors, enabling sharing, idea exchange, and feedback.

The University is inviting both solution providers and solution implementation specialists, with demonstrated experience, to submit Proposals to the University for a SAAS Syllabus Solution.
