Description

The City of Prince Rupert is seeking bids for construction of Phase 1 of its project to upgrade the HVAC system in City Hall, as designed by Rocky Point Engineering, with work to be completed in 2023. Detailed specifications are attached.

A Mandatory Site Walkthrough will be held at City Hall on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 11AM.

Inquiries during the tender period may be directed to the appropriate consultant but must be copied to the prime consultant. Inquiries are to be submitted by e-mail only. No oral clarifications will be issued. All changes to the contract will be issued in the form of written addenda posted to BC Bid website. Potential bidders should check BC Bid website frequently for any updates/addenda.
