Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2025-01-16 by 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number WS4621217058 dated 2024-08-12 with a closing of 2024-09-18 at 2:00 PM EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide for the supply, delivery, installation and servicing of Pharmaceutical Freezers to Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base Garrison Petawawa. The initial firm requirement must be delivered no later than 2025-03-31. Installation and qualification protocol, to include installation qualification, operational qualification, and performance qualification, must begin within eight (8) weeks of Contract Award.
