Canada will not consider offers delivered after the offer submission closing date and time. *** TITLE: Request for Proposal (RFP) - Canada’s Lunar Utility Vehicle : Phase 0 and Technology Development *** DESCRIPTION: Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide services to commence concept studies (Phase 0) and to develop critical technology elements (CTE) (CTE maturation/Technology Development Part 1) for Canada’s Lunar Utility Vehicle (LUV). It also include a possible additional work to perform the development of a full scale, functional representation of the LUV Lunar Segment and its system integration (LUV Ground Test Unit (GTU)/Technology Development Part 2).***
