All responses submitted after 14:00 EST/EDT will result in the submission being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada’s Human Capital Management Portfolio requires third-party independent benchmarking and assurance services to support various HR and pay projects on an “as and when requested” basis, initiated through a Task Authorization (TA).
