PWGSC, on behalf of Natural Resources Canada, is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of a deployable hybrid power system including assembling, delivery, installing, commissioning and training, located in Varennes (Quebec) Canada, as detailed in Annex – Statement of Requirements.
