Description

Scientists within Fisheries and Oceans Canada regularly use benthic and/or pelagic sampling to explore the macrofaunal and microfaunal biodiversity of aquatic environments. Sampling occurs in coastal marine or estuarine environments throughout British Columbia. Support services are required to assist Pacific Region scientists in the separation, sorting, taxonomic identification and quantification of macrofauna from samples collected from sampling programs
