Description

This is the second phase (Phase 2) of a two-phase solicitation process: the first phase evaluated the qualifications of all interested bidders; the second phase (Phase 2) invites the qualified bidders to provide a technical proposal and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on September 4, 2024 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
