This RFP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/C and covers a requirement from the following Product Category of the SA:

- Category 1: Interconnecting Panels and Freestanding Systems
- Category 2: Freestanding Height Adjustable Desk/Table Products
- Category 3: Metal Filing and Storage Cabinets
- Category 5: Ancillary and Lighting Products
- Category 6: Support Space – Collaborative Furniture

Employment and Social Development Canada, Real Property, Change Management and Regional Services – Atlantic has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of office furniture in Antigonish, Nova Scotia:

-59 Catherine Drive, Antigonish, NS, B2G 0H2 (Delivery and Installation date: June 17-24, 2024. The exact delivery and installation dates are subject to later change and will be communicated by the project authority).

This procurement is set aside under the federal government’s Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.

There are no security requirements associated with the request.
