Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select a Landscape Architect to provide Services for the Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Negotiation, Construction Contract Administration and Post Construction phases of the CRHC’s proposed affordable housing development. This proposed project is anticipated to be a 6-story wood framed, mixed-use (125+/- unit) development containing ground level commercial space, a multi-unit residential building and one level of underground parking.
