RFSQ No. SQ230427EN - Land Services (Acquisitions, Valuations, Agreements, Negotiations, and Consultations)

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide support for land-based acquisitions, valuations, agreements, negotiations, consultations, and other related activities, as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). Parkland County is a rural municipality located immediately west of Edmonton. Covering an area of 242,595 hectares (599,500 acres), it is one of the largest in size and one of the highest populated of all rural municipalities in Alberta. Parkland County has grown to a community of over 30,000 people and has seen generations of families continue to enjoy country living. Parkland County intends to have a supplier qualification list in place over a three-year period beginning June 15, 2023 with completion on June 14, 2026. Parkland County will select up to 5 respondents that can best provide services in the following categories to be included on the pre-qualified list:: • Land Acquisition • Land Valuations • Land Agreements • Land Negotiations • Land Consultations • Management – Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) Regulated Surface Rights
