OVERVIEW:
The City of Moncton requires the services of a security firm to patrol the Centennial Park area, located at 811 St. George Blvd., in Moncton, N.B., for the 2023 operational season.
PROPOSED CONTRACT PERIOD:
The proposed term of the agreement shall be for the 2023 operational season as indicated in Section II - Specifications - Article 32 (Scope of Work).
The City may exercise an option to renew the agreement for up to four (4)additional operational seasons (2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027).
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Bids shall only be accepted from agencies licensed to do business in the Province of New Brunswick under the Private Investigators and Security Services Act, and is operating said agency within the parameters of New Brunswick Regulation 84-103 under the Private Investigators and Security Services Act (O.C. 84-386).
Vendors considered eligible to bid shall have been in business not less than three (3) years, are capable of providing quality, professional security services, are reputable, can provide a minimum of three (3) commercial references, and have sufficient staff and equipment to respond to the City's needs. The City shall make the final determination as to the acceptability of the Bidders.
Bids shall only be considered from firms who possess sufficient labour, equipment and resources to provide reliable, timely, and professional security services to the City of Moncton in the manner and capacity required.
