Description

Island Health requires approximately 9,962+- rentable square feet of clinical and office space for use for a Primary Care Clinic (“PCC”) in the City of Duncan. This space will act as a home base for clinical staff and support existing clinics with the Duncan/Cowichan Valley. The PCC team will work from the space to provide same-day, urgent, non-emergency and primary health care services to the local population seven (7) days per week, 8:00-20:00 with the potential to expand the hours of operation in the future.
