Description

The Alberta Energy Regulator is seeking proposals for a customized training course for Effective Decision Writing for Hearings

• Develop and deliver customized training that covers essential skills for writing strong quasi-judicial decisions in plane language.
• In preparation for the training, review a sample of AER procedural and hearing related decisions.
• Critique participants writing samples and provide individual feedback.
• Deliver in-person training prior to September 30, 2023.
