This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Inclusive Recruitment Audit, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

The County is seeking a qualified firm to work alongside the organization to conduct a thorough inclusive recruitment audit that identifies barriers that diverse candidates may face during a recruitment and provides recommendations to improve the inclusivity of our current staffing process.
