NOTICE OF TENDER
EMAILED Tenders will be received by the NB Power until March 31, 2023 at 1:30 PM local time for the following:

Supply of Security Services-Various Locations, New Brunswick
The electronic Bid Bond or scanned copy of a Bid Bond shall be submitted with the Tender Submission
For convenience there will be two (2) meetings as indicated in the table. The Tenderer shall attend one (1) meeting only per location but is required to attend a meeting at each location. The Tenderer must be pre-registered to attend a meeting. Please email Enterprise Security at security@nbpower.com to pre-register. Based on the number of people that may register, a third meeting may be added due to COVID-19 restrictions, at the Owner's discretion. The times will be on a first come, first serve
basis.
Tender bids and addendums shall be submitted to NB Power via email to AllTenders@nbpower.com. Email bidding details are attached in the 'Attachments Exist' folder for this tender. No paper will be accepted.
There will be no public tender openings.

Please be advised: Bid results will not be posted to NBON until the contract has been awarded.

Fourniture de services de sécurité # Divers emplacements (Nouveau-Brunswick)
La caution de soumission électronique ou une copie scannée de la caution de soumission doit être soumise avec l'offre.
Pour faciliter les choses, deux (2) réunions seront organisées comme indiqué dans le tableau. Le soumissionnaire doit participer à une (1) seule réunion par emplacement, mais doit participer à une réunion à chaque emplacement. Le soumissionnaire doit être inscrit au préalable pour assister à une réunion. Veuillez envoyer un courriel au service de sécurité de l'entreprise à security@nbpower.com pour vous inscrire au préalable. En fonction du nombre de personnes inscrites, une troisième réunion
pourra être ajoutée en raison des restrictions imposées par la COVID-19, et ce, à la discrétion du propriétaire. Les réunions seront organisées selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi.
Les soumissions et les addendas doivent être soumis à Énergie NB par courriel à AllTenders@nbpower.com. Les détails de soumission des appels d'offres par courriel sont joints dans le dossier « pièces jointes existantes » pour cet appel d'offres. Aucune soumission par copie papier ne sera acceptée.
Il n'y aura aucune ouverture publique d'appel d'offres.
