RFP2023-SSS - Sexsmith Secondary School Gym Video/Audio System Upgrade

Sexsmith Secondary School is looking for a gym video system as well as an upgrade to the existing audio system and any necessary integration needs. The video display will include two (2) screens that are in the size range of 143 inches, and be suitable for assemblies, events, and school productions. The visual displays within the gym will serve multiple purposes including but not limited to: score clock, presentations including video, assemblies, guest speakers, etc. The two displays will be mounted on opposing sides of the gym at a 45 degree angle to the space in two corners. The displays must be able to work independently and/or together when scoreboards or video displays. Hard wiring and wireless streaming will be available for both. An existing projector and screen are in the gym. We would like the new system to be able to project on that screen as well when used as a full gym presentation. A wall mounted control panel will also be provided to easily select display setting and audio sources and speaker selection (integrated with existing audio system).
