MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING(S)
As a condition of award of this Contract, it is mandatory that a representative of the Tenderer attend the Site Conditions and Investigation meeting. The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that its representative attends and is registered as having attended the meeting. For convenience there will be one (1) meeting held in each of the areas listed below. Each meeting encompasses all service area locations, and the Tenderer shall attend only one (1) of the scheduled meetings. Tenderers must
