Description

ICBC is seeking information about financial modelling tool with stochastic simulation functionality to support ICBC in conducting adverse scenario assessments.

ICBC is looking for the overall costs of a financial modelling tool, including implementation, training, and support.

We are interested to learn about various aspects of the tool:
•             Key input assumptions and parameters
•             Economic assumptions used and whether the tool builds in an Economic Scenario Generator (ESG)
•             Types of risks assessed by the model and how adverse scenarios are generated
•             Types of reports generated by the model
•             How the model aligns with Canadian OSFI’s FCT and Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) requirements
•             Run time: how much time is needed to run 25,000 scenarios
•             User friendliness
