The Ministry of Seniors, Community and Social Services (SCSS), Procurement & Resource Management, North Zone is seeking proposals from interested Proponents for the development and delivery of a Simulation Worksite Skills Development project for Women.
A Simulated Worksite Skills Development project for Women will be located in North Zone targeting high demand industries with anticipated hiring gaps and training needs. The project will provide participants with practical skills in a simulated worksite that is industry specific and will be holistic in nature by providing pre and post employment supports ensuring that participants are supported for success. Participants will be provided an allowance to attend the programming. Projects will also work closely with employers providing a storefront to meet their Human Resource (HR) needs.
For clarity, this EOI is a Grant selection process and is not intended to be considered a solicitation pursuant to Alberta Government’s Procurement and Sole Sourcing Directive or other trade agreement obligations. This EOI serves to provide grant funding to entities that align with the goal and intent of this initiative as determined at the discretion of the Province. One Grant may be awarded as part of this EOI.
Proponents are invited to submit proposals for the provision of Simulated Worksite Skills Development services for Women in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set out in this EOI.
Proponents are advised to pay careful attention to the wording used throughout this EOI. Failure to satisfy any term, condition or requirement of this EOI may result in rejection of the Proposal.
