Description

Island Health requires office space in the City of Nanaimo. The objective of this RFP is for the Proponent to provide approximately seven thousand three hundred (7,300) rentable square feet of functional lease space that meets the criteria outlined in the attached RFP. The space will be utilized for a Primary Care Clinic (PCC) whereby a team of health care professionals will provide primary health care services to the local population.

The PCC team will work from the space seven (7) days per week, 8:00-20:00 with the potential to expand the hours of operation in the future. The preferred space would have access to fibre optics, have barrier free access and be located on the ground floor.
