The Fenlands has a kitchen (the lease space) in the concourse with rollup window into Arena 1. The food and beverage Operator’s primary function include healthy food and beverage services for users of the facility during operating hours, year-round. The Operator can also provide non-exclusive catering services to private meeting room rentals, special events and weddings that occur at The Fenlands.
