Description

The ministry is seeking a qualified Vendor to supply and delivery an Ultra-Lightweight Surface-Supplied Diving System for use by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) for a contract term of two (2) years.
Scope of Work
The Vendor must supply and delivery the following.
1. A four (4) diver lightweight, portable surface supplied diving system, including two (2) separate but matching portable two (2) diver high pressure air supply control consoles incorporating individual diver depth gauges, air pressure monitoring and integrated Ocean Technology Systems (OTS) communications system, air supply umbilical hoses for each diver with incorporated strength member, pneumofathometer depth monitoring, and hard wire communications;
2. Diver operated emergency gas supply side block, transport/storage bags/containers, diver harnesses with integrated Buoyancy Compensating Devices (BCD), connecting hoses and fittings to easily convert and operate between Interspiro AGA FFM (Full face Mask) and Kirby Morgan Dive Helmets;
3. Six (6) Viking Pro Dry suits with mated Kirby Morgan neck dams with storage bags;
4. Four (4) Kirby Morgan KM97 diving helmets with storage bags/cases, Bidder recommended spares kit and all specialized tools, including Vendor lead training course for thirteen (13) OPP USRU members. Training should be provided within three (3) months of delivery; and
5. Bidder must have a proven history in the field including operating in ice diving conditions.
