Description

The City of Coquitlam invites tenders for Contract 51162 – Brownlee Avenue – Mitchell Street to Lofting Street, generally consisting of the following, but not limited to: Construction of approximately 260 meters of a Higher Density Local Road including Earthworks, Concrete Curb & Gutter, Concrete Sidewalk, Watermains, Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer, Catchbasins, Lawn Basins, LID’s, Street Trees, Landscaping, Pavement Markings, Street & Pathway Lighting, BC Hydro/Telus/Shaw Underground Ducting & construction of the Innes Court cul-desac and other miscellaneous and incidental works as further described in the Contract Documents.
