Description

The purpose of this RFQ is for E-Comm to pre-qualify up to 3 individuals and/or firms that provide instructional design and associated training development services, with the intent being to immediately engage the highest-ranked pre-qualified service provider to develop new training curriculum for our Direct-to-Dispatch and Non-Emergency Call-Taking operations. Subsequently, additional training development and related projects, including the development of new training curriculum for our Emergency Call-Taking operations, will be awarded to the pre-qualified service providers on an as needed basis over the 2023 to 2025 period, as per the guidelines for award of work to prequalified service providers included in the body of the RFQ.
