Description

The primary deliverable for this RFP is provide twelve (12) hour night shift security monitoring services for the Kinosoo Ridge Resort. Successful Proponents will be required to include a breakdown of cost of services for one (1) person on shift with up to three (3) persons rotating coverage of up to 365 days a year with a primary need for night security services, including STAT holidays. Detailing for a possible period of Three (3) years / 36 months reviewed and renewed annually. The M.D. reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time. Kinosoo Ridge now operates year-round.
