Description

The AGLC’s objectives in this RFP are to:
• Upgrade the existing Dell EMC Enterprise backup platform with a new backup Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery solution that is built on Dell EMC technologies;
• build an enterprise class platform that provides redundant copies of data protection and backup, by allowing an efficient local protection against data loss and disaster;
• implement a solution that allows protection and backup of both physical and virtual environments;
• implement a solution that allows the restoration of applications, databases, files and servers;
• procure a solution that consists of both hardware and software supplied by Dell EMC OEM; and
• procure a solution that will safeguard the AGLC’s backed up data against cyber threats.
