Description

The Ontario Government’s enterprise Vendor of Record (VOR) program establishes government-wide contracts from which OPS and BPS entities acquire commonly used goods and services. The enterprise VOR program managed by the Ministry, Supply Chain Ontario (SCO) leverages government’s buying power to pursue government priorities and provide value for money.
Scope of Work
The Ministry is interested in understanding the current and future market capabilities, including French language support as related to security services including access control, surveillance, drivers, and general/special services to support government operations as detailed in this RFI, that could be configured, and/or adapted to support the needs of both Ontario Public Service (OPS) and Broader-Public Sector (BPS or “non-OPS” entities) across the Province of Ontario.

Assessing the market for available products and services will help the Ministry determine the scope of any future Request for Bids (RFB) to meet the needs of the OPS and non-OPS Ministry clients.

This RFI is open to all individuals/organizations that may have industry expertise or currently support and supply security guards and equipment.
