Description

The Town of Coaldale is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents for the supply,
installation, and integration of complete Audio-Visual Systems for the Council Chamber,
Atrium, and meeting rooms at the Town’s new Civic Square.
The successful proponent will provide, at a minimum, the following:
1. Provide the labour, materials, tools, transportation, offloading, supervision, coordination,
and test equipment to complete the supply, installation, training, and commissioning of
the Integrated Audio-Visual Systems at the Town of Coaldale Civic Square.
2. Provide a complete and operational Audio-Visual System that meets all of the
requirements outline in Attachment B – AVSYS Specification.
3. Provide a detailed plan and lifecycle for continued maintenance of the system.
4. Provide a detailed project plan showing a timeline for the work as outlined.
5. Provide a detailed training plan for the users of the system that includes operational
procedures.
Further Scope of Work information is outlined in the attached Specification 27 41 16.
