Description

The purpose of this negotiated request for proposal (the " RFP") is to receive proposals for from suppliers who can provide services in two categories – Category 1 - Research Participant Recruitment Services and Category 2 - Social Purpose Research. These categories have been established by BCLC’s Research and Insights team as key areas to assist them with research and insight generation. Proponents may reply to one or both Categories. BCLC seeks Proponents who display a strong track record in each Category they respond to.
