Description

To lease and received on-call services and maintenance for folder-inserter-sealer equipment for a period of two (2) years with an option for the Ministry to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
Scope of Work
The Ministry is required to process approximately 20 000 to 25,000 pieces of mail daily at one of its mailroom operations located in Kingston, Ontario A folder-inserter-sealer machine is currently used to fold personalized correspondence, add 2-3 inserts into a mailing envelope and seal each envelope Currently postage is applied on envelopes using a postage metering machine.
