IDRC requests proposals for the support of a consultant to identify the most important themes, plus the best methods, process and approach to synthesize emerging findings from four KIX-funded

projects

on educational options for children and youth who are out of school and at risk of dropping out, where requirements are described in section

2 , the Statement of Work (“Services”).
