Description

The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in the Professional Services Contract.

This procurement initiative is seeking a research firm, or more than one research firm, to work strategically with EPCOR to measure and enhance customer satisfaction and corporate brand and reputation within our operational regions in Canada, as well as market research and stakeholder engagement. The Successful Proponent(s) will review our research across our projects and business units to uncover trends or key insights beneficial to the whole of the organization or to inform future studies.

Only those Proponents who sign and submit a Confidentiality Agreement will be given access to the entire bid package in an invite-only RFP and be permitted to submit a Reply.
