Description

The Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) has a non-recurring requirement for the services of one (1) Programmer/Software Developer, Level 3, and one (1) Radio Frequency Systems Specialist, level 3, to support the integration of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance and Electronic Warfare (C4ISR/EW) open standards and architectures on selected Software Defined Radio (SDR) platforms, to establish an open-source software development environment within the Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) Experimentation Laboratory and, to develop and implement new land tactical CEMA techniques on the SDRs.
