Description

Island Health requires office space in the Millstream, Langford or Colwood areas of the Westshore. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the Proponent to provide approximately 6,930 rentable square feet of functional, lease space that meets the requirements outlined in the RFP document. Island Health may consider one or more locations. The space is required for the enhancement of mental health and substance use services to clients in the area. The space will be utilized by community based health care teams that provide mental health and substance use services including short term stabilization, counselling, day treatment, outreach and specialized physician services (psychiatry and addictions medicine).
